when i scanned with kis 2013 i got this vulnerability and since it is a windows application kis wont fix it . how to solve this vulnerability

The only thing you can do with antivirus help - add this application in Low Restricted group in Application Control. Then antivirus will ask you if you allow msxml to start every time when it starts. But in a case of MS processes I don't recommend to do this.""
