I currently have a HP Pavilion a720N. I am not a big computer gamer but I recently purchased EE 2 and it says I need a "NVIDIA GeForce 3 or equivalant DirectX 9.0c-compliant 64 MB 3D video card with hardware T & L and pixel shader support."

I would like to not spend any more than $75-100 on a card.

My computer specs are:

3200+ AMD Athlon XP processor
512 MB memory DDR SDRAM memory
200 GB 7200 rpm hard drive

I have been on newegg.com and found a card____

But not sure if it will work

no, it wont work, it is a pci express card, and though (according to the man web site) you have 3 (2 free) pci slots, they are not pci "express". you do however, have an agp slot available. so when buying a video card, look for "AGP" slot cards. you should easily be able to find a card for your budget. >>>>but dont get a biostar. lol
