Win 7 Problems

I have a very similar problem.  I started to download Adobe Flash and now I can't find Microsoft  Security Essentials.  I can no longer download anything.  I did use a thumb drive to download some tools and scanned with Malwarebytes, msert, superantispyware, rkill and finally had some success  with JRT.  But my computer still cannot activate my Security Essentials.
 
I just ran FSS and got the following:

I think you should make your own topic, make sure to post the FSS, Hitman and Malwarebytes logs along with the message you get when you try to download. It will be easier for people to help you without confusing you with the other person if you have your own topic, also each problem is different so you will need your own advice.
