Dear People , I NEED HELP.

I recently formatted my hard drive and re installed windows on to it. I had a folder that i saved on my other hard drive which does not have any forms of windows or any other software like it on the drive just files which i copied and pasted my files on too. One folder i had that i copied over i had encrypted and sent over. It says i do not have permissions for the folder or any files in it but i go to permissions and owners and it says i do but when i try to unencrypt it says i do not have the permissions to do so.

You might try taking ownership...before attempting unencryption.
