Hello Everyone,

How do I remove the wavy red lines in my microsoft-word document? (they are related to grammer correction and I do not want them to be seen)

Thank you,

Miella

Which version of Word?  Also, are you sending the document to someone?  Does it have to be sent as a MS Word file if so?

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling & Grammar tab.
  2. Click to clear the Check spelling as you type check box.
  3. Click to clear the Check grammar as you type check box.

That should remove those wavy lines you mentioned.

Just to be clear, only you see the items tagged for corrections when creating or editing the document. They aren't sent within the document. If the recipient opens the document and edits and has spell and grammar check enabled or turned on the red lines will show up for them as well.
