My brother moved to a different state and we used to play video games together when we were little. We are wanting to play video games right now, but I would need a capture card of some sort. Is there any card I can use to stream the gameplay to him over Skype or any other form of program? If so, which capture card should I buy and how would I be able to do this?

I use the Elgato Game Capture HD. It connects between the console and your PC. You can also livestream through Twitch or Youtube with the device. Costs about $175USD.
