Hello all,

I have been struggling with BSODs for months and months and I am about to start selling my computer as scrap, I just don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have run memtest and other similar stress tests a million times, nothing seems to be wrong.

I have installed and re-installed windows like 4 times. I have tested different ram. I have tried with on-board graphics and with a graphics card.

If anyone could please take a look and give me some guidance I would really appreciate it.

Minidumps are here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/idha1fdefcc8cv8/QeO4Lr-TXW

Blue screen viewer gives me the following:

You stated you had run many tests does that include ChkDsk and SFC?

By chance is your security software McAfee? This program has been known to contribute to BSOD.

Hi Enthius

Welcome to the bleeping computer forum  :welcome:

Analysis of the crash dump shows your issue may propably  related to the graphics driver.

fffff880`067198d8 fffff880`04939d01*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for igdkmd64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for igdkmd64.sys

igdkmd64.sys = Intel graphics driver.

Please follow the below steps and check if it makes any difference.

1 ) If you installed any graphic driver update from Windows update, please uninstall it. (control Panel -->Windows Update --> View update history)

2 )Uninstall Intel graphics driver from Control Panel --> Programs and restart the system. System will install Standard VGA adapter for display.

3 )Now download and install the latest driver from the below link.

  https://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/22842/a08/Win64_15319.exe&lang=eng&Dwnldid=22842&ProductID=3711&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+2500

4 ) Update Direct X by running the update tool.

If the issue still  remains after performing the above steps, upload the new dumps along with a Speccy report.
