Hello,

I have been reading up on all of the how-to's to remove this DOJ virus for days now but I have one major issue that is prohibiting me from getting anywhere in the process:

(For your reference I have a HP G62 Notebook PC laptop.)

When I access my advanced boot up options all I see is Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Command Prompt, and Safe Mode with Networking- All of these avenues have been disabled by the virus.

There is no option for me to boot up with a USB or with a CD. (I have also tried entering the F9 AND F10 KEYS to get to the Boot Options and Bios menu but this does not work either.)

Is there anyway that I can get around this?? I am desperate.

I am extremely grateful for any help ou might be able to give me.

Thank you,
