I have an Acer A501 tablet that came with honeycomb.  Acer "promised" that there would be upgrades to ICS.  Well, it's been two years and no updates yet.  Does anyone know if Acer plans on providing that update?  I've heard that they didn't do it because they couldn't get the ATT wifi to work.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

I have an Acer A501 that I use in my office.  Is there a way to connect the tablet so it will see my network?  There's no ethernet port, just wifi.  I would like to set it up so I can access client files located on my network.  Should reduce the forest of paper I burn each year.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
