I have a TOSHIBA Satellite C660 PSC0SG-00Q00L model windows 7 laptop. I want to know weather I can upgrade it to windows 8. Also, I want to know weather my laptop will support secure boot. My bios version is 2.0. Here are my specs:

It will tell you if you can upgrade, and any problems may occur if you do.  It will also tell you if you can use Secure Boot.

It is showing that secure boot isn't compatible & no other problem so can I run windows 8 without secure boot

can I run windows 8 without secure boot

If that is a question, then yes, secure boot is an additional security measure that can be implemented on a system with UEFI BIOS, it is not necessary for Windows 8 to operate.
