I plan on purchasing 2 video cards and 2 display port adapters to run 6 displays, will either of these video cards work to run 6 monitors for web browsging'/ medium to light streaming data (not gaming mode)

I would go with a 7770 if possible, that is what a friend of mine uses for a 3 screen eyefinity, 2 of them and you will be able to do either 6 screen eyefinity or 6 individual screens, as for the ones you have listed Im not sure which would fair better.

A note about the Displayport adapters you need to get, they must be ACTIVE adapters or the will not work, also you will get a lot of screen tearing if you use DVI/HDMI/DP to DVI/HDMI

Ideally you would want all to be DVI and one DP to DVI, or better yet 3 DP to DVI, though this will get a little expensive.
