HI,I have this ZEROX PHASER 4500 B PS that i moved to another PC.

I down loaded the drivers, did add printer, went to the right port, then hit print and no test page.

I had trouble with this printer before installing it finally got it to work.

It is hooked up to a parallel on printer to a usb port on PC,everything looks right but will not print ii know it is probably something simple& stupid i have not done yet any thoughts would be appreciated.

try uninstalling the drivers and reinstall them again. Restart your PC and see on the device manager if your printer is recognized. Then if it is, try to print just one page at a time. Get back to us if it did not help.

I have had similar dramas......in my case, I unplugged the webcam usb cord, and the printer usb cord...rebooted the pc......then Only replugged the printer usb cord in (left the webcam unplugged).......and voila !!

Hope this gives you some relief !!

Try to unplug your printer cord from your main board and then uninstall drivers. Restart your PC, plug your printer cord and reinstall appropriate drivers and the restart your PC again. Try to print now. If it did not work, get back to us.
