Hi, my moms computer was infected with The FBI Ransomware Virus. She asked me to help but I dont know what to do. I read your help for other people, only her computer runs on Windows XP and its a Compaq Presario so I might need different instructions. The computer was poorly maintained and it is very possible that the computer has multiple viruses or issues.  Please help!
