Hello -

The title and your content is a bit short on general information relating to a problem.

Just loaded XP ? Was this from a new sealed Microsoft CD or a reinstall over another operating system ?

Did this install OK, or is there still problems related to the XP install ?

What is the Kaspersky problem ? Is this a downloaded Trial version, or a Full purchased CD version ?

Is the error message related to your XP install, or related to the Kaspersky install ? Please list any and all Error Messages or Numbers -

Thank You -

Sounds like an issue you will need to check with Haspersky about.
