Hi,

I installed a new SSD recently and cloned most of my hard drive to it but it seems I've done something wrong as I now cannot boot Windows 7 at start up.

I get the messeage "Boot mgr is missing". Googling the net suggests I should be inserting the Windows 7 installation disc to do a startup repair, but as I bought Windows & online I don't have a disc.

I do have Windows XP and Vista discs. Any chance of using either of those?

Thanks hamluis. So, by the sounds of it, I need to find a computer with Windows 7 64 bit (same as mine) to burn the disc. I'll have to start asking friends...
