My video card is Intel® Extreme Graphics 2

 

and here what I want to play

Minimum Specs 	Recommended Specs
OS 	Windows 7/Vista/XP (Service Pack 2 or later)
CPU 	Pentium IV 1.8 GHz (or equivalent)
	- Pentium IV 2.4 GHz (or equivalent)
Memory 	512 MB of RAM 	1 GB of RAM
HDD 	1.8 GB of free hard disk space
Video * 	GeForce 5200 or Radeon 9550 	GeForce 7300 or Radeon X1300
DirectX 	DirectX 9.0c or greater

Dynasty Warriors Online

can I play this and other games ?

That is just integrated graphics, several generations old integrated graphics.  I would be surprised any game requiring those specs would be more than a slideshow if it runs at all.

 

EDIT:  "* Video card requires 64 MB VRAM with support for a 3D accelerator function better than Pixel Shader 1.1 or Vertex Shader 1.1.:

 

Then no.  That Intel graphics lacks pixel shading ability.and no DX9 support.

yeah I had feeling that the video card was useless, I guess I wait until I get new pc because guy who fixed it said I need new. :(
