RKill 2.5.3.0 being detected as a virus (Kaspersky)

Well this has been making my job incredibly annoying today.. I have to pause protection on any PC i'm working on that has Kaspersky because it automatically deletes RKill. I've tested this on multiple machines and this has never happened with any other version of RKill as far as I can remember.

Your best option is to report false positive at Kaspersky's forum.
