No browsers open? Hmmmm have you already tried Malwarebytes? Combofix is really good but sometimes it could damage and delete your system files. Try Malwarebytes 1st before going with Combofix and if you do go with it, please create a system restore point in case something goes wrong.

So I've downloaded and ran Malwarebytes (didn't detect anything) and this is a message I keep getting.

"Successfully blocked access to potentially malicious website: 46.249.61.87"; Type: outgoing Port:50003; Process svchost.exe

The outgoing port number continuously is increasing my one number every time this warning appears.  My computer's CPU doesn't seem to being drained nearly as much but I know everything is completely better. Processes seem to working much faster.

What am I dealing with and how can I move this process along?

Thank you for all your suggestions and help so far. It's greatly appreciated.

zbd - I'm going to try your suggestion as well. Thanks!
