Whenever I use certain programs, ie. VLC Media Player, Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne, etc, rundll32.exe appears and makes everything lag and/or stuck up. Task Manager says it uses 90-100% CPU. Also when I click again the same application that I wanted to use, it brings up rundll32.exe again but uses only a small part of the CPU process. Im kinda stuck.
