Hi people, I am new to this forum. Simply stumbled upon it as I was looking for help with my hijacking. Anyone pls? I used Adware to remove it but it keeps coming back. The above post is my HJT Log. Many thanks. =)

I tried removing them via Adware. And everytime it said that its removed. However, whenever I checked my registry it's still there! There are 3 registry keys, namely ATL.Registrar, ATLEvents.ATLEvents and ATLEvents.ATLEvents.1

Are these the 3 keys I should remove manually??

Please advise.

Cheers
rafael

Dear Grinler or whoever's able to help me,

I tried using Grinler's method
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/3494/how-to-remove-virtumonde-stopguard-catlevents-trojanvundo/ but it didn't work at all. The 3 objects still came back after I used KillBox.

Please advise.

Many thanks
rafael

Changed the directoty of HijackThis to C:\ but and tried the method posted in the Self Help again but there's still no use. catreg.exe keeps running in my background and consumes like 99 percent of my memory every 5s...gosh..
