I found this site while searching for a solution to a problem on my desktop. It was apparent to me that those operating this site knew what they were doing, and I found a thread from someone who had the exact same problem as mine. I basically followed the directions from the individual who was assisting him and my computer was as good as new! That was over a year ago and now my notebook is giving me issues, so I thought of Bleeping Computer right away and thought this time I would join. I am not very savvy with the "insides" of the computer, so I hope those who might help me will be patient. This is a great site, and I recommend it to anyone. Thanks!
