DCS could not start

I keep getting this message on my Windows 7 computer. It has been popping up everytime I log on for the past 2 weeks. As far as I can tell nothing is amiss, I'm clueless on where to get started finding out what this is.

Thanks, however my error is "DCS" not "DHCP"

Don't feel dumb :), I had never seen it referred by the full name or DCS until today...DHCP is the common reference :).
