Hi

You can simply press Windows Key + R combination to open RUN dialog. To make it appear in the start menu, follow the below steps.

To add the Run command to the Start menu
  1. Open Taskbar and Start Menu Properties by clicking the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33_818, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Taskbar and Start Menu.

  2. Click the Start Menu tab, and then click Customize.

  3. In the list of Start menu options, select the Run command check box, and then click OK. The Run command will be displayed on the right side of the Start menu.
