Sorry this is sooo simple but what does your screen present if you log off Windows 7? I set a password for locking access but am not able to find anything on the web that shows me what you se and what you do to then log back in.

Are you given user choices (if more than one has been set up) and do you normally use a username and password to log back in, just like locking access? I think I remember an icon like the flower, etc. but don't recall having to enter any name. What good is logging off if anyone can just click on one of the icons to log back on?

Thank you,

To log on to W7 try the three finger salute [Ctrl - Alt - Delete]

On my system it displays the icons and names of the users who have access to the system. Click on the one you want, or if there's only one, just press the 'Enter' key.
