2 nights ago I had the regular windows update when I was logging off. Ever since then, the appearance of my IE has changed and now I cant view my FB page. The top bar is there with me having 1 notification, but the body of the page is blank. When I click on notifications nothing happens. Other random websites are behaving weird also. Can't click on a calendar to choose a date to search on etc. Any ideas???

I suggest you go back to IE9. A lot of users have been having problems with IE10 and going back to IE9 should fix the problem.
