Hard drive failure ?

Hi,   I have a  problem in my hard drive It had a blue screen , I tried to to reinstall i got the message "Hard drive will fail soon" i tried to use sea-tool as onr og thr topics advised so, and now I am in UBCD parted magic Uploadigng the attriubties files

As a matter of high urgency - back up all your own data ASAP. Documents, photos, music, video - whatever. Depending on the quantity you can use DVDs, memory sticks or an external hard drive, but get your data backed up !  You can replace the operating system and all your applications, but if you lose your data, it's lost.

 

I am no expert on hard drives, but reading that log, your one is on its last legs even though one entry suggests a total work time of 1351 hours. That is a fairly trivial amount of life for a hard drive, I would be inclined to take it back to the supplier and complain. But back up your data first.

Your SMART data shows a read failure which indicates bad sectors in the surface.
