I'm trying to get rid of old/unnecessary programs w/Windows Control Panel uninstaller, and I see three different 'Control ActiveX for Windows Live' files with different names.  The first is in Spanish, then French then (I believe) Portugese.

Funny thing is that there isn't one with an English name...and come to think of it, there are no other programs that mention "ActiveX" anywhere in the list of programs that cna be uninstalled (under "c" for "control...", or 'a' for 'ActiveX...").

a) can/should I remove the three foreign-language-named programs?  I really don't use Windows Live (or really know what it is, frankly).

B) do I have ActiveX installed somewhere, but it's not in a format that can be uninstalled?

I'm more curious than worried this is malware (hope that's OK)...thanks for any help you can give me.
