Hello I was looking at other forums that were based on this subject, but I ran my TDSS Killer and it found nothing. I have ran my Anti-Malware program and it too found nothing. Ran a scan with the Anti-Virus and nothing came up. I am not great with computers, but I would like to fix my problem. When I log into my computer it stays stuck trying to load my desktop icons for a long time. If anyone would be able to help me fix this problem I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello thirdeye

Appears we will need  to get a deeper look. Please follow this Preparation Guide and post in a new topic.

Let me know if all went well.
