It says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have appropriate permissions  to access the item." I haven't closed the message or my internet browser since the message popped up. I've read from other people that once they exited out of error message they couldn't open i.e. or their antivirus. I'm just a little weary of this message.
