There could be various reasons as to why this occurs.

Please tell me what firmware you're on. When you last updated your device.

If your device is jailed or not.

You may want to perfrom a restore with your device and if you're not going to jailbreak, a restore would not hurt.

It almost sounds as if you performed an update of the OS without an update of your apps.

You may reinstall an app and see if the problem is persistant. If so, then I recommend a restore.

Actually, you may try a reresync of applications through through your machine...

..I have researched it from website and I found some tips in there how to  fix it...it was like this.

First Double click on the HOME button until the 4 apps will show from the screen of multiscreen then hold your finger longer until the apps wiggle then once you see that there's a sign of "-" just click on it to shutdown the App you wish to uninstall.

Then after that try to turn off the device then wait for a few minutes turn it back on.

Actually it works.   And my Apps is now working again and I can play games again completely without crashing anymore......hope this would help from others.

Thank you.

That is called multitasking. It allows apps to pick up where they left off after you leave an app, instead of having to completely open back up. I have seen people who NEVER end their multitasking - their batteries drain very fast. As for me, I always end multitasking apps, since they eat up RAM and can drain battery.
