So i tried to enable F8 by using CMD as an administrator and typed in

bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy

But the response i get is

The element data type specified is not recognized, or does not apply to the specified entry.

Run "bcdedit /?" for command line assistance.

Elements not found.

Any Advice will be appreciated.

Have you tried to run the command in command prompt using elevated mode? If not try now.
tap the windows key and search for "cmd" --> In applications select command prompt.
Click on the Run as administrator from the menu which will appear at the bottom.
