My friend says that he's having some really weird trouble with his home network.  He says that someone has somehow compromised the network from outside, can hear his microphone, and in fact his screen blinks weird whenever he talks.  He just went and bought a brand new PC and as soon as he hooked it up to the wi-fi, it began to exhibit weird behavior as well, such as his keystrokes changing on him as he typed and the screen going wonky on him just like his regular PC did.  His regular PC he has tried to reformat, but his keystrokes on it get changed whenever he types, too.  WIndows open themselves and it seems like someone is communicating with him, but he hasn't downloaded any malware or other software to cause this.  I have to know how this is possible and what steps can be taken to fix it.
