IE starts then shuts back off

IE starts up then shuts back down. Tried running Norton PC tuner  no help. Can't  get on line. Any suggestions?

What version of IE are you using?

 

You don't have any other known problems with your system...other than the one you posted?

 

Please...refrain from running PC Tuner, it may have damaged existing system files/settings.

 

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

 

Checkmark the following checkboxes:

  List last 10 Event Viewer log

  List Installed Programs

  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

 

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
