HP G62 355 DX with HP Deskjet printer:

No problems before then recently if I try to print a google map I get a script error code:Class doesn't support automation-Do you want to continue runnung scripts for this page?
I type YES or NO with no response.
I have the original installation disk for the printer. My question is: Would reinstalling from the disk need to be preceeded by deleting the old printer operation files.
I can print in B/W or Color if I use print screen and paste.
Changing Active X or javascript settings makes no difference.
Thanks for any suggestions. gnuguy Charlotte, NC

Does it do this will all web browsers?

Also, I live 30 minutes from Winston-Salem. Nice to see another NC person here.

Thanks chris87! Good suggestion. I have Firefox installed so I will try that instead of Int. Exp.
I have had good luck with all of the MS security essentials, EMET, etc. that I hate to switch for everyday use. I don't use the Administrator account for anything except Windows update and program downloads. I think that helps too. Thanks again. Will let you know what happens. gnuguy :)

You saved me! I tried printing a map from Google on firefox with NO problems. So instead of messing around with a lot of things I don't understand I will just print from Mozilla.
Thanks so much for the suggestion. gnuguy

Anytime. Certain browsers are optimized for certain applications. Some browsers may handle things better than others. Just have to play around and see which one you like the best. Let us know if you need anything else.
