I called hp today to  find some updates for my drivers and they put my computer on remote and then told me i have someone in my computer that can watch everything i do and can go anywhere on my computer and even if i buy a new computer it would be in it.  How can i get rid of this virus or trogan or whatever it is?

noknojon:  Please don't advise members to repost...when the same thing can be achieved simply by you or the OP using the Report button.  A Mod would then move the topic to the appropriate forum, as i have now done.
