not booting up- getting a administrator.cmd. exe message

when starting up I get this message

 

Screen is black and in the upper right hand corner there is this message

 

administrator;cmd.exe (this is title of the box)

 

Microsoft windows[version 6.1.7601]

ternal command,

operable program or batch file.

 

C;\Windows\system32>_

 

I am working from a borrowed computer and will be away from it for a few hours so I won't be able to respond immediately.

Have you been using Msconfig to change system settings?

no I was using farbar virus removal to remive fbi miney pak virus and must have removed something I need

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool...is not used in this forum.

 

Please follow Steps 6-8 of Preparation Guide, Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html and also post your FRST log in the forum containing the Prep Guide...and one of the Malware Response Team members will try to assist you.
