Hey,

Not able to create new emails in O365 running in Safari on my MAC...any ideas what could be disabling this function?

What is the OS version of your Mac?

Did you upgrade to Maverick while you have O365 installed?

Are there any error messages that you are getting?

Have you tried re-installing the Office?

Please let me know so that I can answer your concern as soon as possible.

Office 365 Manual Removal

 

Quit all Programs through Force Quit

Remove Microsoft Office 2011 Folder

Go > Applications > Microsoft Office 2011 to Trash

Remove the following:

Go > Home > Library (Option + Go) > Application Support > Microsoft > Office folder to Trash

Go > Home > Library (Option + Go) > Preferences > Drag All “com.microsoft” to Trash

Go > Computer > Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Microsoft folder to Trash

Go > Computer > Macintosh HD > Library > Fonts > Microsoft folder to Trash

Move the Microsoft User Data to the Desktop

Go>Documents>Microsoft User Data

Remove Office Icons on the Dock

Empty Trash

Restart Mac
