I am seeing this message upon starting my work laptop. My coworker's computer is doing the same thing. I usually remember to hit a key within the 10 seconds to cancel the disk check, but sometimes I don't and it's quite annoying. I did let the computer go through with the disk check once, but it's still doing it.

Any advice?
