Hi

Welcome to Bleeping Computers

My name is Anshad and i am happy to help you. Blue Screen of Death or BSOD is the most difficult problem when troubleshooting PC. So be patient as we may need to do go through several steps to find the real culprit behind the issue.

In order to get a basic idea about the reason behind the BSOD , we need to analyze the crash dump files created by Windows. Please follow the below steps.

1 ) Go to "C:\Windows\minidump" folder  and look for any .dmp files. If there are one or more of them, zip the minidump folder and upload it to a free file sharing site like "Mediafire" http://www.mediafire.com/

Post the download link to it in next reply. Turn off UAC if you encounter any permission issue while copying dump folder.

2 ) If the minidump folder is blank, set Windows to write crash dumps by following  instructions in the below link.

Hi

Analysis of the dumps you posted indicates a possible problem with USB. Follow the below steps.

1 ) Rename the folder "drivers" in root of the C drive to "Driver Backup". Disconnect everything connected to USB.

2 ) Open "Control Panel-->Programs" and uninstall Intel USB 3 Controller driver restart. Now you will have an item with yellow question mark in device mnager.

3 ) download and install latest USB 3 driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=21129

For now only use USB 2 ports until the issue is resolved. (USB 3 will be in blue color while USB 2 will be in black )

Post reply on how the system works.
