Hi,

Model No- HP Pavilion dv6330ea Notebook PC. Refer to the link http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=3411896&

My OS is Vista Home Premium 32-bit.

Recently scanned my system with Intel® Driver Update Utility, it automatically identify and find drivers and keeps the system up-to-date. It detects which driver updates are relevant to our computer.

I scanned my system and  here are the results

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So my queries is that shall i proceed with the update or not, whereas there is no new update avaibale from hp update.

My wireless connection is getting dropped every 2 hrs or 3 hrs, i need to disable and re-enable my wireless connection and then it finds my wireless network and finally connection is established.

OR

Sometimes it doesnt find my wireless network but it finds my neighbours wireless very well. i need to disable and re-enable my wireless connection 3 or 4 times and then network is established.

But when i connect my laptop via LAN i.e with cable then internet doesnt drop at all.

my modem is kept near to my laptop and still some time wireless connection is lost.

q1]  Will this update will help to resolve my wireless problem?

q2]  Shall i proceed with this update or not?

q3]  or how to fix my wireless problem because it keep dropping every 2 or 3 hrs.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why it dint find my device in my system. why it showed this error This device is unknown or unsported for Graphics Driver,  Audio Driver for Intel Desktop Board and  Wired Networking

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

bye

Under the Interface Setup there is a tab for Wireless, do you have the Access Point Settings set as below?

Access Point Settings

  • Access Point: Activated
  • Channel: India – Auto
  • Transmit Power : High (If you want to limit the usage within your room can set to medium or low)
  • You can keep all the other settings to default.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

I have one suggestion to offer: reset your modem.

How that is done depends on what model your modem is.
