I am running vista basic in a Toshiba Satellite A215
I was uninstalling firefox when my computer stalled.
I tried to reboot, the loading bar came up, after that the screen went black with a mouse cursor arrow.
I tried safe mode. Same result.
I tried "0 + power" method for factory default. Same result.
I dont have the recovery cd.
Is there any way to restore factory default without it?
Thanks, Ray
