Good day to all experienced IT people,

I am having an issue whereby the outlook 2003 is not working due to error message that indicates Out of memory or system resources.

according to what my friend opinion , it is something that needs to done in regedit system.

currently , I am still using outlook 2003 without cache mode .

Kindly advice how I could connect to the server via the cache mode.

Thank you.

Do you have the service packs installed for Outlook 2003? Microsoft update should automatically prompt you to download the service packs and update outlook 2003

Also here is a link related to your issue. Please follow the directions on the link, and hopefully it'll resolve the issue. Outlook 2003 error

Here is a link to sp3 for outlook 2003 as well.
