Hello

I am running a Asus 7560-sb46 Laptop with windows 7 64.

Earlier today I had both Windows and Mcafee tell me that I have issues, McAfee informed me that my firewall is off, I clicked the button to turn it back on and it seemed to turn on again, but a few minutes later it was off again and another error message.

A check of the windows action center shows that the McAfee firewall is set to snoozed, I tell to turn it on, but without any success,

The Windows Firewall shows me that it is set to off, yet the turn off button is greyed out so I am unable to click it.

Please help.

Thank you

It is possible that you have a problem running that would require the firewall to be turned off. What changes have you made to your computer lately?

I havent made any changes recently, but while runnign around on the web, I did accidently go to a site that Mcafee said might be dangerous. so it is possible i picked something up from there. I ran a quick McAfee scan with no findings.

I have even rebooted the computer and same issue.

Now I am currently running a full McAfee Scan, hopefully it finds something.
