Hey everyone, I have a Sony Viao VGN-FW170J running Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 64bit with 4 gigs ram.

It used to be a decently fast computer, but over time has gotten slower and slower to the point now that sometimes it is crazy to even think about using it.  Is there any way to fix this, and what information do you need from me?  Thanks in advance for any help!
