I have tried many times to reinstall to a previous date and no matter what i do the installation will not complete. i have an HP Presario (5 years old now) and am in Vista..   My downloading is always affected and i am also unable to watch some sport videos as i am being asked to install a plug-in which is already there.  Maybe the whole thing needs reformatting?

Thank you and regards..
