Start backing up you files, clone the drive if possible, and check to see if your hard drive is under warranty.  If so, contact them for an RMA so you can replace the drive, because it is almost certainly going to fail very soon.

Edit: To clarify- BAD_POOL_CALLER means your computer is trying to protect itself from data loss, and given that you have all of those disk errors in the event viewer (from your screenshot), I'd say that's probably why.  It could also be a controller failure or just a bad SATA cable, too, but I'd still get a good backup and run diagnostics on the drive.

1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

2) Have you installed or updated any drivers recently?

3) Let's check the hd:

http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287

Make sure you select the tool which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.

Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.

If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurnhttp://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD (select "Write image file to disc" option), to make the CD bootable.

For Toshiba drives, see here: http://sdd.toshiba.com/main.aspx?Path=ServicesSupport/FujitsuDrivesUSandCanada/SoftwareUtilities#diagnostic

Please answer the questions - otherwise this can take a very long time. Did the problem appear right after you installed the new software?

And please run the disc tests before posting again.

Hi

Disk related errors can be happen if the controller driver is faulty or outdated. I suggest updating chipset driver to the most recent version available. Also try changing the HDD data cable.
