is there a theme for the windows 7 home basic?

want to customize my background but I haven't seen how to put a theme on my desktop.

Thanks... but I know I can change the background of the desktop... but can I use themes on it?

Hi

 

There is a way to activate themes in Windows 7 Home basic. It activates themes by enabling the disabled registry keys by Microsoft. Since it involves registry modification, you should create a "System restore Point" before proceeding with this. Here is a how to guide on creating system restore points.
