What error are you receiving?

Do you get as far in the instruction to reach the images below?

speccy_zpsf944d4ce.png

Please note that the instructions tell you to click on Yes, this is outlined in red in the upper image, and then to click on Copy to Clipboard outlined in the image below the other.

The instructions then tell you to click on Add Reply, unfortunately the instructions assume you know how to navigate to this.  In the first of the two images below you will see More Reply Options, click on this.

The next image shows Add Reply

When you click on More Relpy Options  you will see Attach Files and Browse, click on Browse, this will open Pictures on your computer, click on the image you made with the Snipping Tool, then click on Attach This File, then Add Reply.

Hi

In which resolution you are playing the game ?

Here is the official system requirement of the game :

Dota 2 Minimum System Requirements:

    * OS: Windows® 7 / Vista / Vista64 / XP
    * Processor: Pentium 4 3.0GHz
    * Memory: 1 GB for XP / 2GB for Vista
    * Graphics: DirectX 9 compatible video card with 128 MB, Shader model 2.0. ATI X800, NVidia 6600 or better
    * Hard Drive: At least 2.5 GB of free space
    * Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

Dota 2 Recommended System Requirements:

    * OS: Windows® 7 / Vista / Vista64 / XP
    * Processor: Intel core 2 duo 2.4GHz
    * Memory: 1 GB for XP / 2GB for Vista
    * Graphics: DirectX 9 compatible video card with Shader model 3.0. NVidia 7600, ATI X1600 or better
    * Hard Drive: At least 2.5 GB of free space
    * Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

If you are planning to buy a new PC for playing DOTA 2, we'd suggest you get atleast the following for a constant 60+ fps experience at max settings and 1080p.

    * OS: Windows® 7 64bit
    * Processor: Intel Pentium G630 2.70GHz
    * Memory: 4GB DDR3
    * Graphics: AMD Radeon HD7750 GDDR5

You can see yourself that your onboard Intel graphics is way too behind to play the game in high settings. So i suggest you to lower the settings (to the lowest) and lower the resolution (800*600) to play it at playable FPS.

Hi

I am sorry to say this but i don't think you can do anything to improve the FPS. This game requires either an ATI or Nvidia graphics card and none of the Intel graphics are officially supported. The last thing you can do is to update the display driver from Dell site (remove the old one first ) and disable any antivirus while playing.

Hi

It's not really hard to download the display driver. here is the dell driver download page. Just enter the service tag (located in the bottom sticker) or choose the model manually.
