Mine has been freezing intermittently.  I never know when it is going to happen.  My computer is only a year old.  I have antivirus software.  The other morning I got up and it was frozen at 11:47 from the night before.  I have to turn my computer off and let it reboot everytime this happens.  Should I take it in and have them run diagnostics on it?  I'm not very computer savvy. :love4u:
