CANT START UP USER PROFILE

hi

i recently got rid of the moneypak virus on my compuer - using ad-aware anti virus

now when i go into the certain user account (where the infecteion was) - it gives me a black screen stating **** is not a recognisable internal or external command - and brings up C:/WINDOWS/System32/

i dont know what to do from here to bring back up the user account - your help is much appreciated :)

If you are going to be delayed please be considerate and post that information so that I know you are still with me. Thank you for your patience thus far. Do you have at least one other User Account you can successfully log into? Are you getting the error message when you try to log in on the logon screen or are you attempting to access the User Account information another way? Finally, are you experiencing any other issues besides this one?
